- Purpose
- In Vivo Grade Recombinant Mouse IgG2a Fc Protein
- Characteristics
- The in vivo grade recombinant mouse IgG2a Fc protein (mIgG2a Fc, Glu 98 - Lys 330 of the constant region of the IgG2a heavy chain, Accession # CAC20702) was produced in mammalian cells and purified by protein A. The mIgG2a Fc protein includes the CH2 (123-220) and CH3 (236-318) domains of the heavy chain constant region as well as the hinge region (98-122) before the CH2 domain.
