Key Benefits:
- Predefined custom protein - from design to production - by highly experienced protein experts.
- Protein expressed in mammalian cells and purified in one-step affinity chromatography
- The optimized expression system ensures reliability for intracellular, secreted and transmembrane proteins.
- State-of-the-art algorithm used for plasmid design (Gene synthesis).
If you are not interested in a full length protein, please contact us for individual protein fragments.
The big advantage of ordering our predefined custom proteins in comparison to ordering custom-made proteins from other companies is that there is no financial obligation in case the protein cannot be expressed or purified.

-
Alternative Name
- FHL2
-
Background
- Four and a half LIM domains protein 2 (FHL-2) (LIM domain protein DRAL) (Skeletal muscle LIM-protein 3) (SLIM-3),FUNCTION: May function as a molecular transmitter linking various signaling pathways to transcriptional regulation. Negatively regulates the transcriptional repressor E4F1 and may function in cell growth. Inhibits the transcriptional activity of FOXO1 and its apoptotic function by enhancing the interaction of FOXO1 with SIRT1 and FOXO1 deacetylation. Negatively regulates the calcineurin/NFAT signaling pathway in cardiomyocytes (PubMed:28717008). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:15692560, ECO:0000269|PubMed:16652157, ECO:0000269|PubMed:18853468, ECO:0000269|PubMed:28717008}.
