    Specificity
If you are looking for a specific domain and are interested in a partial protein or a different isoform, please contact us regarding an individual offer.
    Characteristics
    Key Benefits:
    • Predefined custom protein - from design to production - by highly experienced protein experts.
    • Protein expressed in mammalian cells and purified in one-step affinity chromatography
    • The optimized expression system ensures reliability for intracellular, secreted and transmembrane proteins.
    • State-of-the-art algorithm used for plasmid design (Gene synthesis).
This protein is a predefined protein and will be made for the first time for your order. Our experts in the lab try to ensure that you receive soluble protein.

If you are not interested in a full length protein, please contact us for individual protein fragments.

The big advantage of ordering our predefined custom proteins in comparison to ordering custom-made proteins from other companies is that there is no financial obligation in case the protein cannot be expressed or purified.

  • Target
    NME7 (Nucleoside Diphosphate Kinase (NME7))
    Alternative Name
    NME7 (NME7 Products)
    Background
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase homolog 7 (NDK 7) (NDP kinase homolog 7) (3'-5' exonuclease NME7) (EC 3.1.-.-) (Protein kinase NME7) (EC 2.7.-.-) (nm23-H7),FUNCTION: Possesses an intrinsic kinase activity (PubMed:24807905). Displays 3'-5' exonuclease activity with a preference for single-stranded DNA (PubMed:16313181). Does not seem to have nucleoside diphosphate kinase activity (PubMed:16313181, PubMed:24807905). Microtubule inner protein (MIP) part of the dynein-decorated doublet microtubules (DMTs) in cilia axoneme, which is required for motile cilia beating (PubMed:36191189). Functional component of the gamma-tubulin ring complex, implicated in the regulation of the microtubule-nucleating activity of the gamma-tubulin ring complex in centrosomes, in a kinase activity-dependent manner (PubMed:24807905). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:16313181, ECO:0000269|PubMed:24807905, ECO:0000269|PubMed:36191189}.
