    Goat

    Specificity

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgM and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1 % cross-reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

    Purification

    Immunoaffinity purified

    Sterility

    Sterile filtered

    Immunogen

Anti-Mouse IgM was produced by repeated immunization with Mouse IgM heavy chain in goat.

    Type of Immunogen: Purified protein
  • Application Notes

    Approved: ELISA, Flo, IHC (1:1000 - 1:5000), WB (1:200 - 1:2000)

Usage: Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 10 x106 in flow cytometry is approximately 1.0 μg of antibody. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:100 to 1:250 should be suitable for most applications. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
