Immunogen Purified recombinant fragment of human TWF1 (AA 335-384 ) expressed in E. Coli.
Clone 7C11
Isotype IgG1
Purification Purified
Alternative Name TWF1 (TWF1 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene encodes twinfilin, an actin monomer-binding protein conserved from yeast to mammals. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that this protein may be an actin monomer-binding protein, and its localization to cortical G-actin-rich structures may be regulated by the small GTPase RAC1.
Molecular Weight 40.3 kDa
Gene ID 5756
HGNC 5756
Pathways Regulation of Actin Filament Polymerization, Maintenance of Protein Location
Application Notes ELISA: 1:10000, WB: 1:500 - 1:2000, IHC: 1:200 - 1:1000, ICC: 1:100, FCM: 1:200 - 1:400
