Description
|
It stains fibroblasts and macrophages strongly but stains weakly with the myoepithelialcells of breast. It stains the sweat ducts and glands in the skin, islets cells and granules ofpancreatic acini.

This antibody reacts with the zymogen as well as the activated form of cathepsin D. Cellular Localization: CytoplasmicSpecies: Human. Others not tested.

Immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections: diluted of 1: 75-1: 200 in an ABC method (30 minutes at room temperature)Recommended Positive Control: Breast carcinomaOther applications not tested.
