Formalin-Fixed Paraffin Embedded Tissue Sections requires High temperature antigenunmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 must be performed prior to theimmunostaining. Incubation Time: 30 minutes at room temperature. Positive Control: Tonsil.
