Application Notes: ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100l/well), a concentration of 1-2 μg/mL of this antibodywill detect at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinant human TECK when used with biotinylatedantigen affinity purified anti-human TECK as the detection antibody.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
