Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Trypsin [Bovine Pancreas]. Cross reactivity against Trypsin from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.
Purification
Prepared from monospecific antiserum by a delipidation and defibrination.

Application Notes
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostimmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 g of Trypsin [Bovine Pancreas] in a standardsandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat)and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 1,000 to 1: 4,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
