Immunogen T cell enriched splenocytes from B10 mice. Spleen cells from immunised DA rats were fused with cells of the NS1/1.Ag4.1 mouse myeloma cell line.
Clone MI-70-15
Isotype IgG2b
Purification Affinity chromatography on Protein G
Alternative Name CD11b (ITGAM Antibody Abstract)
Background MAC-1 a differentiation antigen expressed by granulocytes, monocytes, NK cells and tissue macrophages. The expression of CD11b increases during monocyte maturation and expression levels vary on tissue macrophages. Peritoneal macrophages are reported to express higher levels of CD11b than splenic macrophages.Synonyms: CD11 antigen-like family member B, CR-3 alpha chain, CR3A, Cell surface glycoprotein MAC-1 subunit alpha, ITGAM, Integrin alpha-M, Leukocyte adhesion receptor MO1, MAC1, Neutrophil adherence receptor
Gene ID 10090
UniProt P05555
Research Area Stem Cells, Hematopoietic Progenitors, Hematopoietic Stem Cells, Glia marker, CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells
Application Notes Flow cytometry.
