| UniProt | O00206 |
| Immunogen | Ba/F3 cell line expressing TLR4 (CD284). Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line |
| Cross-Reactivity | Dog (Canine), Guinea Pig, Human, Monkey, Pig (Porcine) |
| Endotoxin Level | Low Endotoxin |
| Isotype | IgG2a |
| Clone | HTA125 |
| Description | TLR4, also known as CD284, has been demonstrated to act as a receptor for LPS on human monocytes and macrophages. TLR4 signalling of LPS stimulation requires the presence of the MD-2 molecule. TLR4 is weakly expressed by resting cells, but is upregulated following stimulation with LPS. Alternate Names: TLR4. |

| Application Notes | Flow Cytometry: 1/10 - 1/50, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Immunoprecipitation. Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Further Comments: Endotoxin Level: less than 0.01 EU/ug |
| Concentration | 1.0 mg/ml |
| Buffer | PBS |
| Storage | Store the antibody at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch. |
