Immunogen The immunogen for anti-PHKG2 antibody: synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal of human PHKG2
Predicted Reactivity Bovine : 100%, Dog : 100%, Goat : 100%, Guinea pig : 100%, Human : 100%, Pig : 100%, Rabbit : 100%, Sheep : 100%, Mouse : 92%, Rat : 92%, Zebrafish : 92%, African clawed frog : 85%
Characteristics This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against PHKG2. It was validated on Western Blot and immunohistochemistry. We manufacture rabbit polyclonal antibodies on a large scale of high throughput manner. Our antibodies are peptide based and protein family oriented.
Purification Affinity Purified
Alternative Name PHKG2
Background Mutations in PHKG2 along with PHKA2 and PHKB, all three different genes of phosphorylase kinase (Phk) subunits, can give rise to glycogen storage disease of the liver. The autosomal-recessive, liver-specific variant of Phk deficiency is caused by mutations in the gene encoding the testis/liver isoform of the catalytic gamma subunit, PHKG2.
Molecular Weight 46kDa
Gene ID 5261
NCBI Accession NP_000285, NM_000294
UniProt P15735
Research Area Cancer, Metabolism
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Add 50 µL of distilled water
Concentration 1mg/mL
Buffer Final anti-PHKG2 antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL in PBS buffer.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage -20 °C
