Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 85kD band in Human Glial Cancer lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 110kD according to NP_060340.2 and NP_821174.1. The 85kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
