Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 55-60kDa band observed in Jurkat, A431 and NIH-3T3 lysates (predicted MW of 62kDa according to NP_002028.1). Recommended for use at 0.2-1µg/ml.
