Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx. 22kDa band observed in Hela and Human Kidney lysates (predicted MW of 22kDa according to NP_037390.2). Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml.
