Application Notes
-
Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland shows membranous and fibrous staniing in and around secretory cells of the zona fasciculata in the cortex. Recommended concentration, 3-5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 150 kDa and 22-24 kDa in Human Brain (Hippocampus) lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe give
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
