Application Details

Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 57kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A549. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing IRF5 a strong band of approx. 60kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The calculated molecular size is 57.8kDa according to NP_001092099.1. Recommended concentration, 0.1-0.3µg/ml.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Storage Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Research Area Chromatin and Nuclear Signaling, Transcription Factors, Innate Immunity, Cytokines
Restrictions For Research Use only
