Characteristics
- IRF-5 (interferon regulatory factor 5) is a transcription factor involved in the induction of interferons IFNA and INFB and inflammatory cytokines upon virus infection. Activated by TLR7 or TLR8 signaling. IRF-5 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, ChIP-Seq and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples.
