| Application Notes | Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 49.1kDa according to NP_004487.2). Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6µg/ml. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Prostate shows nuclear staining of secretory cells. Recommended concentration, 5-10 µg/ml. Data obtained from a previous batch. Chromatin immunoprecipitation: Anonymous customers used this product successfully in ChIP with MCF7. This antibody has also been successfully used for mouse embryonic stem cells as described in the following paper: Taube et al, J Biol Chem. 2010 May 21,285(21):16135-44., PMID: 20348100. |
