Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2,000. Western Blot: Approx 35kDa band observed in lysates of Human Lung and cell line K562 (calculated MW of 37.3kDa according to NP_068779.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
