Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Approx 48kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi and Jurkat (calculated MW of 44.2kDa according to NP_057353.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Yasumoto et al , EMBO J. 2002 Jun 3,21(11):2703-14., PMID: 12032083). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Storage Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
