Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4,000. Western Blot: Approx 26kDa band observed in Human Kidney, Liver and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 21.7kDa according to NP_006658.1). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
