Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx 17kDa band observed in Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 18.2kDa according to human NP_006212.1 and 18.2kDa according to mouse NP_075860). Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6µg/ml.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
