Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 60-65kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 53.7kDa according to NP_005929.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.
