Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western blot: Approx 55-60 kDa band observed in Human Adipose lysates (calculated MW of 56.0 kDa according to NP_002657.2). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 µg/mL. Immunofluorescence: Small lipid droplets preferentially stained in the periphery of differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Recommended concentration 1 µg/mL.
