Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections) and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10 6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry: Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer  pH 6.0 is recommended. Positive control: Tonsil.
