Immunogen Peptide with sequence TNQTICFRDLGQ, from the internal region of the protein sequence according to NP_899063.2.
Blocking Peptide Blocking peptide for this product available: ABIN370494
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Alternative Name Transmembrane protein 37 (TMEM37 Antibody Abstract)
Background Synonyms: TMEM37, transmembrane protein 37, CACNG5, PR, PR1, voltage-dependent calcium channel gamma subunit-like protein
Gene ID 140738
NCBI Accession NP_899063
Pathways Response to Water Deprivation
Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 26-28 kDa band in Human Brain (Cerebellum, Frontal Cortex and Hippocampus) lysates after 0.1 µg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 20.9 kDa according to NP_899063.2. The 26-28 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
