Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 40 kDa band observed in HeLa lysate (calculated MW of 45.6 kDa according to NP_387506.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing DAP3 a band of approximately 48 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
