Immunogen: GPX4 antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of GPX4.

Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 19 kDa band observed in human kidney and testis lysates and in HEK293 lysate (calculated MW of 22.1 kDa according to NP_002076.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human testis shows strong staining surrounding the nuclei of spermatocytes and surrounding spermatozoa. Recommended concentration, 0.3 μg/mL.
