Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: experiments gave bands at approximately 95 kDa, 75 kDa and 45 kDa in A549 lung carcinoma lysate after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. The detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
