Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution >1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 25-30 kDa band observed in human testis and human brain lysates at 1 ?, this band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Please note that the band we observe is different from the predicted sizes of approximately 57 kDa and 24 kDa according to NP_055881and NP_741983. Approximately 50 kDa band observed in K562 lysate (calculated MW of 56.5 kDa according to NP_741983.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
