Alternative Name Dynamin 3 (DNM3 Antibody Abstract)
Background All names and symbols: dynamin 3, Dyna III , KIAA0820 , MGC70433, dynamin family member. Official Symbol: DNM3. RefSeq number(s): NP_056384.2
Gene ID 26052
Research Area Neurology
Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 26kDa band in Human Brain (Amygdala and Cerebellum), Kidney and Liver lysates after 0.3µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 97.1kDa according to NP_056384.2. The 26kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
