Application Details

Application Notes: Approx. 75kDa band observed in Human Adipose lysates (calculated MW of 64.5kDa according to NP_076870.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-0.1µg/ml. Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Anonymous customer used this product successfully in IP from induced 3T3-L1 expressing FLAG-EBF1.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Storage: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
