Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx. 100kDa band observed in Human Heart and Mouse Heart lysates (calculated MW of 122kDa according to Human NP_110378.3 and Mouse NP_035676.1). Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.2µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
