Specificity: This antibody reacts with the heavy chains on goat IgG and with the light chains on all goat immunoglobulins based on IEP. Cross reactivity: No reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin goat serum proteins based on IEP. No reactivity is observed to human, mouse and rabbit serum or IgG based on IEP.

Application Notes: This conjugate is suitable for all immunoassay applications. The optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator. Suggested starting dilution(s): 1:500-1:5,000 for Immunohistochemistry 1:10,000-1:50,000 for ELISA/Western blot
