    Flow Cytometry: < / = 1 μg/10^6 cells. Identification and enumeration of IgM+. Immunofluorescence Microscopy: Identification and enumeration of IgM+. ELISA: < / = 1 μg/mL. Also used as a second step reagent for mouse IgM monoclonal antibodies.

    Other applications not tested.
