Application
-
-
Binding Specificity
- pThr645
-
Specificity
- The antibody detects endogenous level of STAT6 only when phosphorylated at threonine 645.
-
Purification
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
-
Immunogen
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pThr645 (P-A-T (p) -I-K) derived from Human STAT6. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
-
Isotype
- IgG
