Immunogen Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer207 (V-D-S (p) -V-A) derived from Human MKK6. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.

Specificity The antibody detects endogenous level of MKK6 only when phosphorylated at serine207.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
