Peptide ELISA: 1/64000. Western blot: 0.3 - 1 μg/mL. Approx 50 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HepG2 andHeLa (calculated MW of 35.0 kDa according to NP_006278.1). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
