Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 55 kDa and 45 kDa bands seen in mouse brain extracts. Please note that the two bands may correspond to two different isoforms. Two isoforms ofthe epsilon mRNA have been detected in Northern blots (J Biol Chem 1996 Sep6,271(36): 22081-9).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
