The Goat Polyclonal anti-RGS1 antibody is suitable to detect RGS1 in samples from Human, Mouse, Rat, Cow and Dog. It has been validated for WB, IHC (p) and EIA.
Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: Recommended for use at 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 25 kDa band seen in HepG2lysate. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
