Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Experiments gave strong bands at 75-90 kDa and a faint50- kDa band in Human Duodenal lysate after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. These bandscorrespond to earlier findings in literature (Piccinni et al, J. Biol. Chem. , Vol.279 (10),9103-9114). All these bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizingpeptide.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
