Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Approx 85-90 kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates(predicted MWs of 80 kDa according to NP_073613). A minor band of unknown identity wasalso consistently observed at 70 kDa.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
