Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Heart shows strongstaining of the capillary network and patterned staining of the myocardial fibres intransverse section.
Other applications not tested.
