Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit Dilution: 1/64000. Western Blot: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Approx 28 kDa band and faint 28 kDa band observed inhuman testis lysates (calculated MW of 30.8 kDa according to NP_000745.1 and 24.8 kDaaccording to NP_009294.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
