Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (1:1000), Flo, WB (1 μg/mL)
Usage: Applications include flow cytometry (5-10 μg/10^6 cells), ELISA (1:1000 when tested against the immunizing protein) and western blot analysis (1 μg/mL). The antibody has been tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis and by Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity.1 Since application vary, however, each investigation should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
