Immunogen This THY1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 36-65 AA from the N-terminal region of human THY1.
Clone RB03970
Isotype Ig
Specificity This THY1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1~30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human THY1.
Purification This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Alternative Name THY1
Background THY1 (CD90) antigen is a GPI linked glycoprotein member of the Immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed on murine T cells, thymocytes, neural cells, cells of granulocytic lineage, early hematopoietic progenitors, fibroblasts, neurons and Kupffer's cells. Thy1 may play a role in cell to cell or cell to ligand interactions during synaptogenesis and other events in the brain.

anti-CD90 (THY1) (N-Term), (AA 36-65) antibody The anti-THY1 N-term Pab (ABIN388803) is used in Western blot to detect THY1 in HL60 cell lysate.
anti-CD90 (THY1) (N-Term), (AA 36-65) antibody (2) Western blot analysis of anti-THY1 (N-term) Pab (ABIN388803) pre-incubated without(lane 1) and with(lane 2) blocking peptide (BP2050a) in T47D cell line lysate. THY1 (N-term)(arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1:60 dilution).
anti-CD90 (THY1) (N-Term), (AA 36-65) antibody (3) Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. BC = breast carcinoma. HC = hepatocarcinoma
