Immunogen This CDKN3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 183~212 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CDKN3.
Isotype Ig
Description Other names: Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3, CDK2-associated dual specificity phosphatase, Kinase associated phosphatase, Cyclin-dependent kinase interacting protein 2, Cyclin-dependent kinase interactor 1
Characteristics Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Specificity This CDKN3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 183~212 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CDKN3.
Molecular Weight 23805 DA
Comments

Background: CDKN3 belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase family. It was identified as a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, and has been shown to interact with, and dephosphorylate CDK2 kinase, thus prevent the activation of CDK2 kinase. The gene was reported to be deleted, mutated, or overexpressed in several kinds of cancers.

Application Details

Application Notes The suggested dilution is: ELISA~~1:1,000 Western blotting~~1:100~500 Immunohistochemistry~~1:50~100
Concentration 0.25 mg/ml
Purification Purified
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Storage Maintain refrigerated at 2-8 deg C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20 deg C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles
Research Area Phospho-specific antibodies, Cell Signaling, Protein Modifications, Cancer, Cell Cycle, Cell Structure
Restrictions For Research Use only
