Gene ID MARCH1
UniProt Q8TCQ1-2
Immunogen The immunogen for anti-MARCH1 antibody: synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal of human MARCH1
Sequence LQASSPTTGTAPRSQSRLSVCPSTQDICRICHCEGDEESP LITPCRCTGT
Cross-Reactivity Human, Mouse (Murine), Rat (Rattus)
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Add 50 µl of distilled water. Final anti-MARCH1 antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml.
Description MARCH1 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that may mediate ubiquitination of TFRC, CD86 and FAS, and promote their subsequent endocytosis and sorting to lysosomes via multivesicular bodies. E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates.
Characteristics Antigen Size: 272 amino acids
Molecular Weight 31kDa
