Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (4 - 8 μg/mL), Neut (10 - 14 μg/mL), WB (2 - 4 μg/mL)

Usage: ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 4-8 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 32 pg/mL of recombinant murine IL-2 when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-murine IL-2 (LS-C104737) as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 1-2 μg/mL. Western Blot: To detect mIL-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 2-4 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-2 is 1-2 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.2-0.4 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
